Paper Format: A4

1.The work should be typed on a computer, in an A4 format (straight or horizontal), and submitted in both PDF and WORD electronic file formats; handwritten work will not be accepted.

2.Please submit your work with a word file marked with your name to chnzaa@gmail.com , with the subject indicating “Submission for the Si-Wan Literature Awards 2021(please indicate the genre and title of your work).” After receiving the confirmation email from our assistant, please reply to the confirmation email.

3.Please attach a separate word file indicating the school, college, department, grade, real name, contact information, name of the work, and the genre of the work. Alumni are required to attach a photocopy of graduation certificate.

4.The work must not have been published in written or electronic form.

5.Any plagiarism or multiple submissions will be announced and disqualified if reported as true, and winners will have their certificates and prizes canceled.

6.The organizer reserves the right to promote and preserve the awarded works in any form (e.g. digitalization, publication on the Internet, audio publication on CD-ROM, books, newspapers and magazines, and public exhibition on campus) for public benefit or non-commercial purposes without paying additional payment or royalties. However, the author still enjoys the property rights of his or her work.
